vics are not meant for high speed they are meant for high endurance. they go maybe 140 but you can do 110 for miles and they will just keep cruisin. they are not fast at all.

Stock Police Interceptors do approximately 140 MPH or so, ( 225 KPH )

Anything more than that, you'repacking some pretty heft mods in it. They're SOOOOOO heavy.

Vic's have 4.6lt Modular V-8's AKA the mustang motor ford makes.. and i'd like to see a stock mustang that weights less then that go 170

I like the gray on Vics....makes them look a lot like a speeding bullet or a limousine. (The latter's not good for a cop car but it's still cool).

BTW, some of the Vics nowadays are flex-fuel (including a couple of the ones here in State College, PA) so they are kind of hybrids but not electric ones.

my friend is a cop and they changed his light bar from blue and red lens to the clear. he doesn't like it because he would rather be seen so other cars stay away. more chance of getting hit with clear. you have to be a cop to fully understand what I just said. any other cops here agree with this.

The lightbar is the coolest part. Are you allowed to add any undercarriage lights? Thats one thing I have yet to see on a police car.
