when it comes down to it, 30 second startup is worth the hours of great experience you get with iPods.. PLus iPod touch is the only one where it really takes that long.
They're great, fully-featured mp3 players. The only thing they lack is bluetooth, and I think that Apple won't touch bluetooth yet because it hasn't really become inexpensive enough or perfected enough for Apple to associate themselves with it.
actually it was always like that. I didn't jailbreak it until a few days ago. Also I use an application to close other processes that I'm not using so apps won't effect the battery.
it takes like 30 seconds to start up mac sucks there a scam

I wonder why yours is like that because I just turned mine completly off and back on with a full battery.
And when I turned it back on it has full battery remaining.
