@mg0lding Yeah man, it's called a "Harmonizer", which is basically a guitar effect like a Flanger or a Pitch-Shifter. What it does is take the note you're playing and add a note in (a harmony part). So you get that two guitar harmony with one guitar, with whatever interval between notes you want, as you can hear.
