It is irresponsible to accuse one of the greatest public health endeavors of our lifetime as eugenically motivated. Eradicating polio, which I am sure is one of the efforts to which this $10 billion is applied, is a worldwide effort. It is not limited to one race or ethnicity. It is being implemented in India and elsewhere.

There is NO RESEARCH behind your claim that these vaccines will sterilize children and to encourage fear of a vaccine that will prevent paralytic polio is unforgivable.
