From your reference to "the north part" of Edmond, I think you must mean UCO (The University of Central Oklahoma) on 2nd Street. But in case you didn't notice, "UCO" isn't the same as "OCU." And the Mayor of Edmond would be very surprised to learn that Edmond is part of OKC. Try getting your facts straight before you spout off!
As of 1969 the tower was never completed or occupied.

OCU (Oklahoma City University) isn't in Edmond. Oklahoma Christian University is in Edmond and they go by just "OC."
