ive asked alot of ppl and some ppl say that vista will lag on most games but when i go to my friends house he has a regular vista(like not the best one) then he plays the same games as i do but MUCH better and i got pretty much the same PC as he but i got XP? so wtf answer :P

He might have more memory than you, an running 64-bit, 32-bit limits how much memory you can run (3GB is the limit for 32-bit I think, it might be 2GB)

WOW!  looks like i need to get this game...as an avid gta iv player I need something new that's realistic. not that gta iv is unrealistic but this is a little different not necessarily better. does it have multiplayer (online)??

Yes it does, and alot of people still play. It has a pretty long campaign and bonus missions(terrorist hunts, etc) like the one above. And the multiplayer is fun. You can customize weapons, your character, etc. And its only 40 dollars.

I only own the 360 version, but if the game is "Games for Windows", then it is completely compatible with the 360 controller, you just need a wireless receiver.

all in all, very nice gameplay. Still, I only consider this game to be mediocre. Although the cover system is pretty cool, the graphics, physics, etc. are only really half-rate by today's standards.

FYI, Crysis is not "Todays standards" Considering its way ahead of its time.. I think RB6V2 is a pretty good game all around.
