You might be right that religion and conservatism is "on the way out". But when liberals die, they take their liberal ideas to their grave. Europe is a good example -- millions of former Christian people are now non-religious and aborting their babies. Once those older european non-religious people die off, they are surrounded by islamic immigrants who are having lots of babies. My grandmother worked all her life and became very, very sick. She's disabled and can hardly get out of bed let alone work. Canada has coverage for every man, woman and child and even if we dont have the best in the world, I can be sure that I will not lose my home when and if someone gets an illness. My daughter developed cancer (a brain tumour) at aged 10 and she/we went through hell with that, but at least I knew that she would get the best of care regardless of what kind of money we have or dont have.

I hate everything Star Parker is saying.
My grandmother worked all her life and became very, very sick. She's disabled and can hardly get out of bed let alone work. Now, she has all these medical bills and is always being taken advantage of by hospitals when she has to pay. Her medicine is ridiculously expensive and if she doesn't take it, she can DIE. If socialized medicine would make it easier on my grandma then it's not a bad thing...
