F2P in a nutshell, phloginstinator, backburner, force a nature and tomislav. Ruined every aspect of the game for me. Funny that it turns out that F2P's randomly trade you all the time during a match.
@MrJonafriend i'm a F2P, and i use degreaser, scattergun and tomislav. and even funnier thing is, it turns out that the P2P's randomly trade with each other for the whole round while i do all the work. the thing is, free accounts can't send trade requests (we can accept them from P2P, but we can't put our items to be traded, only accept donations)
@nettimato@nettimato You've been away for a while, F2P can trade some items and send as many reqs as they want. They can also spam the mic and the text box and take up class slots that have a cap on some servers and only rack up 3 points.
@MrJonafriend all the time i've been on, i've had only P2P trade requests, and even them, in only on rare occasions. surprising thing is, i've heard much more P2P's spamming the mic [as they have money (or correct type of parents) to buy items in TF2, they have money for the mic, too]. the server i usually play on, has also much text box spam from P2P, who want to trade hats, hats, and more hats. and in fact, being F2P doesn't affect the gameplay in any way
1- p2ps had to play 20+ dollars to get tf2 before the Uber Update.
2- The influx of newbs was so powerful that tf2 lost it's challenge for about 2 monthes. People were getting easy kills on people who couldn't understand what the difference betweens REDs and BLUs was.
I've been playing the game for 2 years and most f2ps weren't treated THAT bad.Besides, you don't even have to TELL them that you're f2p. If they say they're f2p then they brought it on themselves.
btw, you can just become p2p for 5 to .49 dollars.
@Pie4Pigs being p2p doesn't mean you're skilled neither. because they just achieved premium account type by buying 0,39€ item. you don't exactly pull skill outta your cash
@nettimato I never said the cash had to do with skill. It's just f2ps BARELY have any problems. Get the game for free, get the game premium for 49 cents.
Also, by premium I don't really mean the players who bought premium. I mean the ones who worked hard to get skilled at the game.

People hated f2ps because

1- p2ps got more slots to save their stuff, hats, trading etc
2- they didn't even treat f2p as humans in some cases
