@oOocutey447oOo Actually, SNSD just stands for So Nyeo Shi Dae, their Korean name. SNSD is never used officially, "Girls' Generation" is always used when referring to SNSD in English, and in Korea, "So Nyeo Shi Dae" or "SoShi" are used. :D

@kebireo Actually ' Girls' Generation ' is their 2nd name. As So Nyeo means Girls' and Shi Dae means Generation. So when they're put together it forms Girls' Generation

@SNSDyoonafreak How is it their second name? They have one name, one in Korean (So Nyeo Shi Dae) and one in English (Girls' Generation) which is just the translated version of the Korean name, so technically they only have one name, just in two different languages.

I think the difference between Girls' Generation and SNSD is that SNSD is more of the bad girl but cute girl at the same time and Girls' Generation is just the cute girl stuff although they are the same group just different names! I love SNSD more though!
