it is very clear that kerkuk is harf of kurdistan (dele Kurdestan). There are historical documents that show kurds were majority, and still they are..., even after the deportation and replacement by arabs during saddms era. Now the kurds will come back to their homes and kerkuk will be at least 80% kurdish again, just like before.

No one will force real citizin of Kirkuk to leave and the Kurds wont be supervising it. It's either the Iraqi government or the UN. Chemchamal and other huge cities r supposed to be attached to Kirkuk while the Iraqi government attached them to different cities!
