Is a bouzouki easier to play than a mandolin?

It is very similar, but your fingers reach farther because of the long scale length.
Although, I find GDAD tuning easier than GDAE of a mandolin.

Thanks! This tune is called "Merrily kissed the Quaker", aka "Merrily kissed the Quakers wife."
It is played in the key of G. I am tuned GDAD and capo 5.
