  • All good - but the use of capital Y vs. small y is not consistent with the message? The common noun "yoga" denotes any school of religion or philosophy that advocates and prescribes a course of physical or mental discipline for attaining a greater understanding of the body, mind, self et al. Wheras, the proper noun: "Yoga" can only reference a specific approach or conceptualisation of the practice, such as in "Yoga Journal", or "Bikram Yoga".

  • @UncleYogiMat I'm sorry but I disagree. "Yoga" means UNION. If you are refering to yoga as a brand name or practice it is "yoga". Yoga is the most misused term in yoga.
