The composer made the song from the pics, which title is 1925. the year was Tokyo municipal railway adopted woman conductor first in Japan. they were the part of pioneers of socially independent women, beautiful and graceful idol. While, I dont know if it of true, by a word game witticism it is said the word woman conductor meant slang "woman that take in any man (all r welcome)". I think they were star, had liberty, beauty, dignity and occasions like to think of the opposite sex.
