@kimbathelionfan32 Ruby can confuse you with a "Ruby Ray" (i think it's the only one). The thing is that it's never used in the beginning of the fight. So... you'll have to get hit by this specific attack and fall at 7777hp. Possible but a bit nuts to trigger. I think it won't be as cool as the situation in the video.

My friend set up was... funny ahah because this wasn't done on purpose at all (hp under 7778 wasn't on purpose too).
He took his PC save that he didn't use in years, he was here and saw his "7777hp" so he was happy about that and said "Let's get a fight" and this almost happend (Cloud killed one guy and himself).
We laughed so much, we tried again to get a game over and it came.
