What a lot of people who are commenting on this video don't realize is that this incident was not in retaliation just for the Rodney King beating. The Rodney King beating was the turning point for Blacks in LA who had for years been brutalized by the police especially in the late '80's and early '90's due to the war on drugs that targeted solely minorities.
