  • all this is lie

  • niqqa diz shit aint free

  • Is there a video of you even dunking??

  • @AMartyny6 yea,,i give 1 week program free 1 week 1 inches 4 weeks 4 inches my email is :golden.child3@hotmail.com

  • Is this program still free? I am verty interested in details and have subscribed

  • You sir are a fraud and an all around asshole for charging for this information which could "help" people immensely as dunking gives confidence to those who can pull it off

  • i am 4'9 and i am dunking i can do 360 dunk, windmill, ect.any that you can imagin. i can do this all, but dont awake me when i am dreaming.i can do this when i am draming hahahhahaha joke

  • I totally like the concept and have already bought the program, I haven't been able to use it to it's fullest potential, but i will. And will recommend it! It's a good deal and it's a good investment, because I too love to jump, ever since I was in high school, I'm also a natural leaper!

  • @kaizee47 how far did you get? Im considering this :)

  • FREEjumptraining? thats a joke...

  • Why did u make it cost money

  • send me one plz

  • in the end u talk about full potential do u think lebron and shannon brown have reached thiers?.

  • @salakerz324 shannon brown is a beast. go lakers

  • @salakerz324 No I dont'.

  • how can we ask questions to you ? because I want to buy your program, but I wonder how many workouts a week are there?

  • It's not free anymore?

  • his got a point

  • if youre a beginner, if you havent trained you cant start to train your explosion right away. first you should do stretching a lot, dont only strecth your legs, but also the hips are very important, hip flexion makes you quick. make your abs, core, back strong and do some leg exrecises with not too much weight, like 80% of your max power and do 3 sets of 10 reps. watch some stretchexpert vids first and do that stuff then you can start doing what he said, after u get a good base.

  • i wanna c u jump cuz i think all this shit u talking bout your vertical is bull shit

  • @TheCwebb95 dude he is pretty famous as he created the jump manual, there are other videos of him jumping all over

  • what about the vertical explosion prgram you guys are like the same right?

  • Is having a low body fat percentage important before starting the jump manual?

  • I am 5 feet 5 inches tall, 17 years old, around 55-60kg, I also want to jump higher. I love basketball and it is an advantage to me if I can jump higher. Please give me some simple tips how to increase my vertical jump.

  • is it fine for a 15 year old to start this? or is it better to wait a couple years so i dont stun my growth

  • Comment removed

  • i know now that there are many factors for a jumping formula

    1. Body fat Percentage/ nutrition / recovery

    2. Flexibility

    3. No injurys in the joints and stabilizer muscles

    4. Strength in the lower body/core/upperbody x that with speed, how fast you can generate that strength to shoot upwards.

    5. Form

But i was doing endurance training with low recovery time did nothing but give me jumpers knee and a bum ankle

  • @bmchoszen15 yeah. All of it is important. Just keep simple with yuor training and train only twice a week 3 days in between. If you train in season, you don't need plyo. If you have terrible rate force and needs to balance it, then do it on balance basis. twice body weight squat yields the most result in ply. Get that one up to 3 if you really want legendary statistics. But it takes lots of strength and patience.

  • You see? the man who created your pprogram himself commented! I'll add, the shock method and strength is measured on relative strength btw. I highly doubt he has 0.5 inch vertical, probably 30 inch rvjk. It's time for him to do the shock method it's the best:

    watch?v=-_XWNt88NRY

  • @VaginaTastesLikeWine you make great points but for those confused they can do research on this guys website about anything. He basically studied this from top to bottom and makes great points you can tell he cares.

Best bet would be to buy this program the way he has it setup is really nice. You got your lifting day then your plyo day and your always stretching and the food nutrition aspects are there as well its really simple no fancy gadgets or bs 1000 reps.

  • @bmchoszen15 although i wish he would of through in some more core workouts he gives i think 2 or 3. But the rest is well put by him if you do this for 12 weeks come on dude your guaranteed 10inches thats the minimum i heard most ppl were gaining like 5 in 3 weeks in some cases. Some guy finsihed it and got 14 inch increase thats why i wanted to get it in first place.

  • Jump manual is nothing new. The physics of jumping is well developed already ever since power lifting began and was forms and ever since formula for power and force was developed. No rocket science.

  • @VaginaTastesLikeWine true i know all this now though before i would do endurance training more then explosive and it hurt me more then anything.

The way he has put the program is sick because BELIVE IT OR NOT these are probably new bee gains thats all. I did his first plyo day and recover stretch day I already gained 2 inches on my vertical, i know its all new bee gains and i will platu fast but it just tells me im going in the right direction

  • @bmchoszen15 yeah and you proved my point that programs only fuel the snake. If you just keep it simple to yourself, lift hard only twice a week, plyo only when twice body weight squat is present where you get most out of it, then in 2 - 3 years, you'll gonna have massive vertical. You can see this parody:

    watch?v=kGQfTgqQBok

  • @bmchoszen15 All I've proposed were same science. If this author could write a book, I may very well have known everything he writes already.

  • what your saying makes sense dude because mark henrys ass had like a 38 inch vert i actually seen him dunking before off vert, i just dont know if ronnie coleman has done plyo or any jump training along with just lifting.

I got a friend who can shit on me in weight room squats 500 something pounds, but thats all he can do is lift he cant jump an inch off the ground lol

  • @bmchoszen15 Your friend may have a limit strength, but he is not explosive. The problem here is his "rate of force development." Basically he cannot recruit the muscle fiber in the short amount of space/time that a vertical jump takes place. That combined with unfamiliarity with the movement, and lack of plyometric ability are limiting him from using his strength to jump.

  • @freejumptraining Whats the difference between your program and jump attack I looked into both cause my friend had jump attack and its a program where tim grover has sequences of a Lift say squat then a plyo move say squat jumps right into a stretch say quad stretch. Then you repeat the sequence 3x and on to the next one.

How is yours different because you have lifting plyos and stretching too but not all in 1 day plus tim grovers book is 40 cheaper.

  • @Obi1BenoBEE30 So what im trynna say is hows yours different and how come you dont have it where there doing lifting plyos at once to let the muscle know hey this is for jumping.

  • @bmchoszen15 henryss:

Any type of mass is beneficial, but this time it's myofibral. You do know that rep consisting thousand reps a day and mix it with a terrible diet, you'll actually LOSE mass and just killing yourself. Henry is rich he ran restaurant for his nutrition but this is never the ideal way to copy.

Also, his strength could get up to a more significant amount if he just lift heavy.

  • Can you picture arnold the GOVERNER DOING A 360 WINDMILL LMAO

  • thats true you really dont need to buy his program if you know whats up. But I just did it to help motivate myself and go in the right direction which i really feel this guy knows whats up after reviewing his product which is Comprehensive yet to the point and its a ebook so you get it right away.

As for ronnie coleman lifting im pretty sure he top 3 ever in the olympia lifting. But just because he can lift that weight dont mean he can jump have you acutally seen him jump? check dr squat out

  • @bmchoszen15 Yes he could jump. Those strength should be put into consideration. You have to agree that they only need to get their reactive ability up to achieve monster verticals.

Even olympic lifters that weights 300 pounds gets to 44 inches rvj!!

Ronnie Coleman does train for mass in powerliftiong this time, it's sarcoplasmic.

myofibric mass is the most beneficial muscle mass that inflated with neurological structure which is energy.

  • his method is heavy weights quick movements and stretching its pretty cool how he put it together.

  • @bmchoszen15 I definitely don't need to buy his program and you don't really need programs to jump high. He even said that himself btw. His methods might be correct but you just need to know the basic science behind it, after that you could just go lift twice a day and increase your squat. Drop method, rebounds is like lifting. This builds RFD motors. The force you gona absorb from dropping is 7 x body weight as well as overloaded jumps. 42" box drops improves your rebound.

  • Ok everybody just chill out and stop arueging for a sec and make some sense.

There is plenty of explosive lifters out there olympic lifters i should say that look so huge like they cant jump yet they have 40 inch verts sure.

im pretty sure ronny coleman aint 1 of em but anyways lol.

Kadour Ziani has some natural ability and does have great flexibilty he also use to do calistics all day long and sprint alot. He is a 1 foot jumper, he cant generate as much power as t dub 2 foot jumper who does

  • Very wrong. Ronnie Coleman does have standing vert of well over 30 inches. About 35 which could get to 39 or so over running. He's one of them.

He's a power lifter dumb nuts!

Pity the retard never answered yet. Sad to bombard someone who gets easily killed.

  • Really I would like to see a video or a site of him doing so or information that he has done it on a website. But I agree that lifting heavy weights and doing explosive exercises is the best way to increase vertical. Mixed with some quick plyo movements and flexibitly training along with nutrition you will get it way faster and better thats what this guy is all about I bought his program yesterday. I will see how it works out.

  • @bmchoszen15 Ronnie Coleman is a power lifter. See his 800 pounds parallel squat? 2 reps is power lifting. He shouted:

    Try to beat the record!:

    watch?v=WU7lRh1jlV0

  • I would bet that Kadour Ziani's weight is pretty great. He sure should have 24 inch quads or his hamstrings should be bit big too!

Hamstrings is the most important in jumping. You're probably just seeing his chicken legs!

56 inch vertical was running vertical not standing. Even that was probably incredulous. Hey, it can be fake.

  • Terrible that most kids who outrun youtube gets easily destroyed when I desire to. If not I would allow them to spout non sense and destroy the shit their mouths!

James White do leg press. They still need mass on some other resonance:

    Maturity

    neuromascular facilitation

both aiming on mass which is not genetics.

  • Although a good squat is crucial to a good vertical, for everybody it is not need.

SERIOUSLY, just look up all the names I just gave you, especially Deuce Bello...lanky as a stick.

And ill just keep proving you wrong to, look up videos of Vince Carter, Kobe Bryant, Tracy McGrady, in high school. All skiny as hell...all had amazing hops.

  • @CvilleCeltics40 Kadour Ziani doesn't get up because of stretching. IDIOT! He's a freak! It's on his structure. He did jump a lot which comprises the neuromuscular facilitation that comprises mass. T- dub is even 175 which is BIG for his height. Your quotes are inaccurate btw

    Vince - 230 pounds

    TM - 270

    Bryant - 270

    Skinny your ass!

You're not gifted! You'll gonna have to bust your ass in the gym!!

  • Ummmmm dont be retarded as your account name indicates you are... i said OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL!!!!! Dumbass

And those arent even correct weights

    Vince-220

    TMac-223

    Kobe-205

(All the listed weights given by the NBA)

    Your weights arent even CLOSE

Not even Lebron is 270, if Kobe was 270 Lebron would goddamn be near 350!LOL!

  • @CvilleCeltics40 still above 200 pounds. Kobe probably has 38 inch svj or rvj? As you can see, Tmac and vince carter had higher mass which jumps higher getting to the league.

Mass is strength no matter what point you're making.

  • Hold on are you saying because they contain more mass, they jump higher? Because shaq's vert is around 32 inches. And kobes 38 is svj.

I believe vince is 43 and tracy is 42(both from the same family, must have inherited some NICE genes)

  • @CvilleCeltics40 They can inherit nice genes but this is still equates to strength or the force they needed to produce. Genetics is just constant and doesn't play any main factor. Even nate robinson trained in the weight room to get 44 inch svj while not having 55 inch rvj like AC barch who squats 740 pounds paralell and trained for 10 years. AC definitely kills all of them. He's not a natural strength.

  • Also, structure is definitely just long Achilles tendon. Rate force is composed mainly of your firing motors or RFD motors. Force are not instantly present yet even though you can apply force quickly. The other side of the equation is mass. Acceleration is not as important. It's always the amount of force exerted not the velocity in which is constant.

You can only throw 300 pounds just as fast as the weaker ones who throw 100 but you'll not throw a hundred like kilua from HXH.

  • Kobes my fav player but i dont think he got a 38 inch vertical even in his best days of jumping around 01-05 it was prolly around 36.

Because my vert isnt great at all but i never trained for it like that im 6"1 and i probably have a 28 inch vertical and im dunking with 1 hand.

  • @bmchoszen15 You must have a damn long arms. I'm 6'3" btw.

  • And just to make my point as clear as possible, Kadour Ziani has over a 50 inch vert(56 inches) and all he claims to do is flexibility training

  • I feel you............

  • Comment removed

  • Where are you getting this thing about Ronnie Coleman? I can't even find anything about his vertical jump? And wouldn't it be easier to just be light and do plyometrics? For example im 145 pounds 5,'11, and it ook me only about a year and a half to go from 19 to 30"

  • HAHAHAHA! Lifting weights effects faster on :

    Muscle recruitment

    Fiber size

    and

    Firing rate

    Therefore faster gains.

40 " standing still vertical is impossible without 2.2 times BW squat. That means your weight(145 pounds) multiplied by 2.2 is the amount of weight you should squat to get to a legit 40 inches standing vertical.

    T-dub is 175 pounds.

Plyometrics is pure body weight exercise and it's not even strength training.

  • Bullshit, you can become a 40 inch jumper without a 2.2 times bw squat.

Lonnie Fields had a 48 inch and he rarely did any formal lifting.

Deuce Bello is a skiny as a stick a had pulled in game between the leg dunks.

MJ's brother had a 45 inch, and MJ said all Larry did was play ball, no weights.

James White has an insane vertical, and he has gone on the record saying the he never did squats because the really hurt his back.

You can look up all the guys i jus mentioned...crazy athletes

  • @CvilleCeltics40 Where are you getting these articles from? Spouting bullshit.

May I refer to you a peer reviewed scientific article:

Look up kelly baggets site higher faster and look for "myth of relative strength.

    Michael Jordan - 220 pounds

    James White - 200 pounds.

    Hurt your back your ass!

rarely did any formal lifting your ass!

When tested, that should equate to greater than TWICE own body weight full low squat!!!

  • Okay? James White was 200, but is also 6'7 so if your not a dumbass you'd realize that is skinny.

And the list goes on, Allen Iverson, Johnny Flynn, Kevin Garnett said Ronnie Fields was the best athlete he ever knew, its bullshit basically what you are saying. Thats basically putting a standard on genetic and athletic potential. It would be like saying if both ur parents are under 6'0 you CANT grow to be 6'0....Kosta Kufos parents were both under 6'0 and he turned out to be 7'1

  • @CvilleCeltics40 It's based on strength! Get them on the squat rack and you'll see them rattle the tacks of twice plus body weight. Seriously, you have no points!

Why would you think they'll flee their own body weight that height but can't lift? THEY CAN LIFT! They're just freaks!

  • @CvilleCeltics40 yeah i dont think u need super buff legs to jump high

  • I found wearing a weighted vest while playing basketball or working out gave me the most benefit. After a few weeks of wearing a 30 pound vest sky rocketed my jumping ability as my legs were used to performing with 30 pounds extra load, giving me 30 pounds extra power applied into jumping/sprinting performance.

  • Amazing Video!!! I want to have more muscles too!!! Thanks for the info!!! To see videos about Vertical Jump Training System just watch my videos!

  • Long testimony... but good stuff

  • do dupy xD

  • 1111111111111 !!!!!!! żal !!!

  • Comment removed

  • No they don't you're a fucking dumbass. I'll bet my balls Ronnie Coleman could not dunk. And AC barch does plyometrics and squats retard. Look at his execise website before you said dumbass comments.

  • Ronnie Coleman is a power lifter. At 250 pounds, his vertical is 35 inches from standing and his running reach fourty. That's high? Here we go:

It's common for Olympic lifter that weights 300 pounds to have exactly 40 inches standing and get's up to mid 40's when running. They were faster than sprinters.

Plyometrics is not equal to Lifting.

I would suggest that skip it and just practice jumping when after lifting very heavy or in fresh days.

Skip it. Just practicing jump is already plyo.

  • I have a completely torn quad muscle that can't be repaired. Can I still increase my verticle?

  • Is it hazardous for people with weaker knees to be doing these exercises?

  • yes like do it but dont do as much

  • We need to pay money for them to teach us how to do sumthing that doesnt involve any money to do, like jumping. :(

  • @XxModCentral717xX yea probably cuz some dick realized he could make money off of it and offered this guy a contract. sellout

  • white men can jump!

  • i realy want to jump higher tho, but i want it free:S

  • go cry

  • @ 6.02 he said strenght plus endurance equals endurance?

  • hai..can you give me your yahoo messenger?

    i want to know a lot..pls

  • ur r rite cuz if been leg press calf raises but if been doing them slow nd i never thought bout jumping endurance thanx

  • can i trust this guy?

  • yeah man

  • NO

any dvd dats not free is a scam

    gnr lmao just playin bro

  • thanks for the vid

  • im 6/11 and cant touch the rim

  • Thats bull crap haha! all you need is like 2-5 inches

  • yeah im 9 foot tall and i cant touch the net

  • where do u cantact him

  • im 5'6 1/2 and i can touch the rim.

    wats my vert???

  • I'm 5"9 1/2 and i can touch the rim, what's my vert.

My lil brother is 5"2 and can grab the board, what's his vert?

  • What's your reach?

  • im 6'4" and 14 and i use air alert any tip how to get vertical increase higher

  • air alert aint doin any good. shud stop training before u get injuries

  • im 5'9 1/2 and can grap the rimand im only 14 i want to dunk easy by 16 so im gonna check out this program.

  • yea

  • I've been able to jump my entire life....I jumped over a boys head when i was in the 6th grade during a ymca league basketball game and i'm also a pro track highjumper.....i'm curious to see what these workouts are ur talkin about...im pretty sure i know all of them but u never know.....u always learn something new....

  • how? i wanna jump high im only 5'11 14 years old 24 inch vert. jump

  • me 2

  • dunk?

    video man.

  • and where is the link that i can get the free training..i am just so suck up my friend are better than me they just think they are the best i want dunk let them see..i am putting my heart to it..so help me on this thanks.

    can i have the link..

  • it say free but i cant the link or what that is free..

  • erm just asking is it possble to dunk at 173cm tall.with hard training i just want to dunk..hahax..

  • i think it's possible;) if you look at Nate Robinsson he is an amazing dunker!

  • does air alert work? coz i need to be able to jump higher

  • This is a great video!!!!! Excellent!!! I can jump about 90 cm but i want more!!! Take care!!!!

  • and i bet it didnt come true ^^

  • is this a good workout tuck jumps 4x12,lateral jumps over 24 inch box 4x8,jump squats 4x10,depth jump 4x10 and weight training all exercises are explosive squats 4x8,leg extension 4x8,calf raise 3x10,deadlift how many inches you think ill get over 12 weeks?

  • Oh, come on. Give us like one excersise. I need help like crazy on my high jump.

  • Dude do very fast squats... Explosion... which part you don't understand?

  • You can post vids of you talking but you havent shown shit of you jumping.

  • Finally... A guy who knows what he's talking about.

  • I would honestly rather see you dunk then talk real talk

  • yea same

  • You're awesome man! Thanks for the great video..

  • Wanna see u dunkin'!

  • i a training my jumping endruance

  • I have never heard of such kind of equation: musle+speed=explosion

    But that seems right

I will go to his website right now!!!!!

  • 2 year service.... haha, I'm mormon too! Good tips. Throw flexibility in there and you have hit all the components.

  • that was to mra2zee's comment

  • The best way to strengthen and quicken the muscles you use to jump is to... JUMP! Try to jump as high as you can, as fast as you can. Thats the only way you can train the muscles you use. And another thing is, technicality. There are no ultimate answers. Your program might be training you to jump high, but not the way you jump. So... Just JUMP! MJ said he never did anything special to increase vert. he just jumped, ran, ride the bike... Trust me!

  • jumpsoles r good but try some primitive shit first then move on to jumpsoles for more vertical.

  • im a poor person men i tought it was for free and en the end u sell your a lier men stop doing this u waste my time and feeling to jump higher

  • yeah I'm feeling the same way, what a fucking asshole. This program might work but I will never know cuz I'm not gonna pay that much for a program that I don't even know. I might be able to pay like 5 bucks for it and give it a shot but these prices are ridiculous. Saying it is free and then letting people find it it's not is just some bullshit.

  • damn! he make my mind explode! hes nose is to tight. oh crap, ugugugug!!!

  • None of these knuckleheads talk about sandpit training-that is the best way to get above the rim...just do 10 reps of jumping in a sand pit for 10 sets M W F for one month and watch what happens...plus it's safer on your knees-one foot in one month

  • Question: ... How do you people accurately measure you vert jump height? lol, i dont get how to accurately measure it.

(Im sure there is a simple way and im just being extremely dim.. But whaaatever :p)

  • At my school there is a magnet board in which you stand next to it and raise your hand to see where you touch (like 10-12 inches) then you jump and place a magnet where your hand can get to

  • you can do the same thing with chalk or water on a wall, the much cheaper alternative!

  • i like you better than the guy from jump vertical cuz he sounds like a fag and he sounds freaky

  • i learned about explosion when i was 12 years old you see because im a high jumper from the uk. you need explosion for most sports and activities. take sprinting for instance you need it for when you run out of the blocks, same for basketball i guess for when you get the ball.

  • Hey i have jumpsoles i'm on my 5th week and i gained probably 3 inches already. I work hard every other day. So i was just wondering how your experience with jumpsoles was?

Also i understand your "explosion" theory. So could i acheive that by squatting many reps as quickly as i could?

    Thanks

  • what r jumpsoles?

  • no if u do more then 10 reps on squat ur gonna be training your slow twitch muscle fibers (endurance). you want to train your fast twitch muscle fibers. so do heavy weight for low reps but do them explosively but be careful not to hurt yourself

  • Fuck you! Air alert does not train your ass off. If you do youre gonna be getting really pathetic inches from it. The technique for using air alert is to build and build leg muscles untill it become like tumors or buko! And then use air alert to train that muscles for jumping reaction only and those muscles will react to plyometrics then youll jump out the gym doing kiss the rim dunk and youre five five too!

  • fcuking!! now hes makiing me regret it from buying air alert... im 220 6'0 and can touch the rim only, but imtrying to dunk. does air alert not work?.... hes saying that air alert doesnt workQ?QQQ!!?!?!?!

  • air alert worked great for me. im 5'11 when i started i had a 29in vert but only after 6 weeks i had a 35. thats about an inch a week. if i did the whole 16 weeks i would maby have a 39 maby 40

  • dfff

  • Yes, it is boring a lot of!

I just from 00.01, I go it to

    02.00 then to 06.00 then I see

how he is talking and I stopped it!

  • dude your link ain't working

  • you are a great man , i`ll start the program today , hope it helps me:)

  • Ill try out mate!

    Greetz from Spain.

  • ok,................. where is the training??

  • awesome video

  • i alawys was able to jump pretty high , but know i want to give god a kick in the butt so i need to train higher :D

  • but dont you need jumping endurance to, to be able to jump many times in a game?

  • Of course, but a distinction should be drawn between endurance and explosion training.

  • God bless this man

  • that's funny

  • Hi ,im 14 years old, im 6'3 and i weight about 150 i have imbarasing 18 inch vercial plzzz help me

  • damn u got no hops th@ must suck

  • nah i been workin on it and now i have 23 inch vert

  • 6'7 ?! wtf damn ur5 tall but ur skinny right?>

  • oh yea same here im 6'3 and 150 pounds im i look skinny to

  • th@s skinny u wont do nothin down low bein th@ skinny

  • actualy im not relle that skinny i look only alil skinny and i have all muscle at my base of my body

  • idc can u dunk cuz ur 6'3 and u have a 23 inch vert i dont thikn u can dunk and u wouldnt post up any center i kno but im serious can u dunk
