Central defenders i wont criticise (same reason i wont criticise Carra and Sami in 1st half in Istanbul) because there is NO protection infront of them. Our defence did a PHENOMENAL job against Lyon at Anfield..to only concede 2 from 17 SHOTS was outstanding. The problem lies infront of them, where we are loose & NO CONTROL in midfield = Increase in through balls, free kicks..etc

he hasn't done too many amazing passes, but he sees short passes that not many people see, keeping the midfield compact.
also if you want amazing passes check out his disguised crossfield pass at goodison last season, he has vision and thats something thats rare.
