How to Change Dock Icons on Mac OS X Leopard

Not working will all Icons for some reason.. Preferences, Safari, iTunes, ect. What do I do ?

whenever i do what you did, i copy the image i want to be the new icon, i get the noise that doesn't let me paste it. HELP

@Gibletrial Make sure that you go to the bottom of "Get Info", and change the tab next to [your name] to Read and Write. You need to be the admin on your Mac or have the admin password to do this. Hope this helps :)

@midniter666 It's not system "read and write." It must be the [your name] "read and write." It should be the first one in the list. Hope this helps!

@megathomfazlyorke You must click the lock button at the bottom right of the "get info" screen and type in the administrator's password. Then you should be able to change permissions from "read only" to "read and write." Hope this helps!

Hey, I have a problem with the downloads, the first 5 downloads succeeded, but then I tried to download more and I tried to open the archives and they where just letters and numbers in a .sit format.

What should i do?

@MechoulamSergio sorry im not sure about .sit format. but i guess you could restart you're computer and download from a different website maybe.
