for scoring purposes, one wrestler is blue and the other is red, wahtever the bracket says they have to wear is what they wear for that match. its easier for the refs to award points to the proper wrestler to avoid any misconseption

Are the matches right after each other? Why is the time gap in between matches? Why do they switch singlets?

In the championship match, it's best out of three. I think best out of three really shows who's the dominant wrestler. They get breaks between each match; other weight classes wrestle until it revolves back to their weight class. In each match they switch colors.(don't know exactly why)

@103ronzal103 because what ur color is decides the clinch positioning for each period.. so red gets clinch first period blue gets it second.. matters more in greco but freestyle the clinch is very important first period so red is an advantageous color hence why higher seed gets red

@103ronzal103 Are you retarded?? They have to have at least 15 minutes rest time between matches. And they change there singlets colors so that the ref can tell the two apart easier.
