Hello amanda ! today saturday ,i tried to make this tomat soup. It was really nice,but i dont understand why i had to roast the tomatoes in the oven ?? Anyway, i have to make it once again without roasting the tomatoes in the oven to compaire. ha ha ! you are so sweet ! i will put up a video of my soup later on.Lucky for me, the smoke alarme didnt turn on . Ha Ha !There is so much i could tell you Amanda ! XXX ! Tom.
Was that steelhead trout? We have speckled sea trout down here in Florida that we catch. Lighter colored meat. But I agree lemon dill is totallly great on fish. Never cooked in parchment paper. That was neat. Makes for easy cleanup also. : ) Nice vid Amanda.
@Traveler2112 Thank you so much! Speckled sea trout definitely sounds tasty as well. Any kind of trout with lemon dill is the perfect combination. You are right! And yes parchment paper is great for cleanup. Really glad you enjoyed this recipe :)
@TheHotPlate1 The last fish I did with lemon dill (and real butter lol know its bad but sooo yummy) was baked salmon. I really like the parchment paper with the veggies and all. That was really cool. Want to try it.

@TheHotPlate1 I agree on the butter thing. I use olive oil and Smart Balance 99% of the time. Butter only comes out on the special occasions.
