Ok, for everybody: The presets wich Basshunter is using are made by himself! He does'nt use Nexus, Vanguard etc. He makes everything by hisself, like all other artists (well, the most of them). Also, if you want to learn how to make a lead like him, look around YouTube. I recommend Reaper1984's video, with using V-Station.

You have to download packs for nexus, and then import them somehow, prob save them in the nexus folder. I haven't gotten any additional packs for nexus yet, so I'm not entirely sure...
