But the sad stats of the first Pokemon I'm sure many of us ever ran into in a Pokemon a game probably do help. If make sure to zero its defense out, maybe with a... Is it Rash that goes +Sp. Atk, -Def.? Either way, if it has REALLY bad stats, any unsuspecting trainer may get caught off guard by the level alone. The LV. 50 clause does make it more complicated, but not impossible.
Good job dude. I'm guessing you went all out on Rhyperior's HP and Defensive EVs? I mean, not insulting your Pokemon but I thought Earthquake/Stone Edge would've done a little more damage to Slaking...
Your style has really changed since the last time I took a look at your PBR videos. It's become more..."standard," so to speak. Or maybe it's just that team in particular. (Or it's a rental pass.)
Also, are those names German? "Ninjatom" sounds fun to say.
Are you really suggesting that of me? That I care more about winning than creativity because I used my one OU pass, that I hadn't used in a very long time?
If you are talking about the OU Pokemon, if AngeloBlaze wants to use them, he can use them. It's not really your business. And IF you looked at previous videos, you would see very creative teams. This one wasn't bad either.
You know it's unfair to judge my team from one battle. This was a pass of pokemon that someone asked me to use from a while back, and as PBR actually saves the pokemon even once you've traded them back, I decided to keep this team.
I used this team because I hadn't used it in well over 10 battles, and I keep it to mix up my videos a little. I still have my other squads. Also I don't think it's unfair using OU pokemon from time to time, especially if you like them.
Hey, chill man, most people know ur a creative battler, they are the ones who have been watching all your battles. The people who haven't watched your battles don't know what ur all about, they should look into things before commenting
Why did the commentator say, "...dealed out multiple hits," when Dragonite used Outrage? And, is that right, for your Rhyperior to be slower than a Rattata?
Multiple hits I'd guess is because Outrage will hit 2-3 turns in a row before the user becomes confused. And Rhyperior's a very slow pokemon, so it's natural that the Rattata would be faster.
I'm just saying, the whole reason that F.E.A.R. is supposed to work, is because you are using an unevolved pokemon, to ensure you get hit first, on the same turn you use Endeavor. In fact... lol, I was just about to say, that if I were going to F.E.A.R., I was use an Iron Ball to make sure I go last, and then I was, like, *face palm* kinda need focus sash to pull it off. Maybe a really slow pokemon with a priority move... like a squirtle with Aqua Jet... whatever, good batlle anyways
Who wastes a perfectly good Focus Sash On Rattata? Or even uses one? (Not counting as an Hm slave :3).

Heh. I only use FEAR to annoy my friends at school. It's a pretty weak way to score a win.

Yeah, this was the first video that I saw in a long time. I saw a few videos after that, and they're still pretty mixed up, which is great.
I apologize for that.

Don't forget that you also need Endeavor, although I'm not sure if Endeavor's an egg move, as Swampert learns it, so it might pass it on.

my Rhyperior got 139 on its speed stat -_-
so, its a really slow pokemon
epilefrod 3 years ago
"Sigh" Rattata is so predictable that even though its a good strategy, hardly anyone uses it.
XSonictheH 3 years ago 3
Yeah, most of the time it does actually work, it only runs into a snag if your opponent has a priority move, or is slower.
