hate to break it to you all but Capitain Save - A - Ho broke the law...and the chef's jaw, nose, and maybe even a few teeth. while the actions of the chef are reprehensible, at the time he was not endangering anyone as they had all left the immediate area. he did not give pursuit nor was in possesion of an item that would cause bodily harm. was he an ass? most definitely. did he deserve this? maybe. did old boy need to do what he did? no. chef can be fired AND sue the establishment.
