@LolaMarieM It's nearly impossible to define why someone suspends because the reasons are different for everyone and with every different suspension. Some people consider suspension a ritual or spiritual practice, other people have fun with the adrenaline rush (like riding a roller coaster, only way more intense). For me, suspending is fun, it makes me feel accomplished, proud and it gives me a very unique understanding between my mind and body I couldn't begin to explain. I hope that helps you.
Wow! Great job you were up for so long! I did a chest suspension for my second time. So rewarding. Keep on keepin' on :)
