@joeydakilla I downloaded a MIDI file from vgmusic.com and opened it in notation software (in my case, MusicTime Deluxe, but there's lots). Hope this helps!

It's actually easy to view the keys you use, since it's from a top view... although the playing is kinda fast, so if someone wants to learn, they'll have to watch every note you play, and if possible, download it with RealPlayer and view it in a slower motion. :)
