I do agree that girl being arrested was provoked, but our legal system protects against freedom of speech. Until, American citizens need to understand that in an argument rights are not violated until someone acts on the provoking behavior. Maybe, an amendment should be made that protects against offensive language that promotes violent behavior.

The girl that was arrested was provoked by a white girl who basically told her to "shut-up you stupid niggar!" I don't know if the white girl was arrested either for using racial slurs.
