@21nots Its your connection, if your lucky, sometime in the future you may randomly be able to host games, but when it tells u you cant create games, theres not much you can do about it. its simply your connection.
one thing you could try is when your signing onto mpo+ check your connection settings, and theres an option at the top that has something to do with wether or not your connection is automatically finding an access point, click that setting to "yes" sorry bout the horrible info. lol
well, you can use the passwaords but then if you do that the soldiers arent as powerful.
the natural way to het him can only be done in the original MGSPO
place spies in western wilderness before clearing the gaurd house mission. after awhile or so you should get a report of a handsome prisoner being held in the western wilderness. Subscribe!!!
