It will tell you how long you've run, far you've gone and you can put your route in it. Have fun, little steps, not the whole run.

I do have hipothyrodism and It really sucks! I do get puffy, and no matter how well I eat can not lose weight easy. I will be on treatment for my whole life, hopefully I will go back to my normal metabolism function. We have to be careful on what we say to other people because we never know what is really going on. Love to see Debbie in your videos, I hope she is doing good.
