@Emoheld The likeliest failure point is the steel belt, and if there was steel in his leg it would most likely be from the web of steel belt in the tire, if there was no air then a piece of the wheel is possible but you cant tell because of all the smoke. stupid...the only time you might ever consider to do a burnout is when you get a brand new tire and you want to break it in faster and remove the slick layer of oil or whatever they put on it, but even then you don't need to do more than a 10 or 15 second burnout.

@2wheels1986 its also a good idea, most tires i know of come coated in a wax like substance that prevents dry rot during storage. That makes the tire extra slick, so when ya get a new tire its always a good idea to burn it off at least a bit to clean that stuff off. cheers.
