If Sheldon is so smart, how come he doesn't use his wads of extra cash, buy the apartment complex and kick everyone out?. In one episode he points to rooming with Leonard to make the rent, but is this some clever ploy? Because in Season 2 episode 14, Sheldon seems to be rolling in extra cash when penny is in need of rent $. Writers get writing, here would be a great time to bring an apartment manager Sheldon to the scene. He could go in on the deal with his mom she seems to be well-off -bazinga!
