i am learning this trick now. turns out harder than i expected;) i see you throw the ball underneath the one coming from behind that makes sense.
the japanese are pretty good at this trick but i think they do it a bit higher and i find it looks a bit more relaxed. anyway nice tutorial.

Which one is harder to learn first, the behind the head cascade or the 423 with all 4 behind the head?
I've been attempting that 423 for a while but I never thought about turning my torso with it.

Looks good, man! You've gotten really solid at those throws... Have you tried three behind the neck with penguins? So crazy!
FWIW, I do the 423 around the neck at the end :) If you want to make that one harder, make the 2s active... yikes!
