If you are going do this musical then you need to be prepared to do it. I think you can slightly adjust this scene but I think it is more disrespectful to water it down. That is why this should be done at college or community theatre NOT HIGH SCHOOL!  Because you would have to tone it down.

I dont see what the big deal is to some people? This musical is so powerful because it deals with these controversial issues in an artistic and moving way. There is nothing wrong or over the top about the nudity or actions in this scene. If you are too young and immature to watch the musical without having trouble with the content then dont watch it!! I have seen this done by a younger cast and the scene can be done without the nudity and in a more modest way, but i think this is much better!
