  • hi..thanks for a great 'how to' video...i went ahead and signed my new blog up today because of your efforts! thank you...a QUESTION: I am just getting started, can you advise me what program to use and how you make the live screen shots a part of your videos please? thanks in advance...Joel

  • @howtopublishyourown you are so welcome! I love hearing how you signed up your new blog today because of my video. :) What program do you want to use for what? Recording videos? I use Camtasia, which is a paid software program, but depending on what you need, you can look at ScreenToaster. Visit my blog and get in touch with me if you need more support!

  • Great job... I started using this service the other day...Still learning the in and out . 1 question I don't have that icon on my fb... and I also agree with magalogguy...they suck

  • Thanks for this. I'm new to NetworkedBlogs and can't say I found their site totally helpful. But your video helped to clarify some things.

  • Just found this resource via a google search for "Top Passive Income blogs". It looks promising.

  • Dang. I need a niche? Is there a category for "all-purpose-whatever-comes-to-my-groovy-mind" blogs? ;-)

  • @groovyoldlady I would say, you need a niche if you want to target an audience and monetize your blog. ;) If not, then, sure, go for an "all purpose whatever comes to mind groovy blog". I do have videos that are whatever comes to mind, yes.. but I do also have a niche.

  • Hi, thanks for very useful info :)

  • I don't understand how Networked Blogs updates Twitter. I've had it configured to update my Facebook page for months.

By the way, how would you say the Networked Blog page with all of the blogs you follow better than just using Google Reader?

  • @JeanninePC99 Hi!

I really love networked blogs because I can just go in and share the post very easily. I do love google reader as well, but I find that the user interface is just a little easier to manage in networked blogs. Also, in networked blogs, you can follow and people can follow back, so it is just another way to build a community and a following in your work.

I will do a video today on how Networked blogs Pings other sites and pages.

    Ciao for Now.. Melissa

  • i am wondering how to put networkedblog attach icon alongside the photos, video, link? i use networkedblog but somehow it only appears in my profile tab, not on the attach menu bar. in video (3:25)

  • @irwinna89 Not sure about that, check and see in there if there is a way to save an image or get an html code to link it in other places! Let me know when you find the answer!

  • @mmitche2008 yeah, sure i will spread it when i've sorted it out. btw thanks for your reply.

  • @irwinna89 you are welcome!

  • @mmitche2008 i have aadded my blognetworked blog.........

  • Fantastic! I do use Networked Blogs on FB, but would never have thought of all the little ways you mentioned to maximize that use. Thanks!

  • @KimDavidsonMusic You are so welcome! I love using that as a tool in my business! One of the many (free) tools in my toolkit.

  • Melissa, love networkedblog but learned new way to use it from your video, so thanks! Quick question, what screen 'recorder' did you use to do the screen presentation?

  • @c22554 Hi, I used Camtasia to record my vidoes!

  • Thanks Melissa. This is a great tutorial for others to know how to better link their blog to Facebook!

  • @abundancemedia you are welcome! an easy tool to use to boost traffic and business! ;) M2
