I know that this is like 2 months old, but I'll answer it anyway. Shaun Cassidy stared in The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries as Joe Hardy, the younger brother of Frank. Frank and Joe are amateur detectives. The TV series was based on the popular book series by Franklin W. Dixon. There is also a series of Nancy Drew & Hardy Boys crossover books.

Here on YouTube, NancyHardy has uploaded some episode from the 1970's series, including a couple of the crossover episodes.
