  • beautiful recipe i like that it uses cashew nuts instead of almonds, as i have an allergy to them. the chef informs us of the spices and correct way to use them, i hope she gives more recipes like these

  • I tried this recipe and it came put pretty well.

    However there are 2-3 diff tips to be added.

    1.Instead of using chick pea flour to stabilise yogurt I used cornflour. I used regular yogurt instead of greek.

    2.I added more green peppers to mine since it lacked spiciness.

    3. To give it a more beautiful look , I added dried kasuri methi which further enhanced the flavour as well as the look of the dish.

  • I also made this and followed the recipie to the T. Used fresh ingridients...even watched the video whilst I made it. The curry came out opaque looking and tasted bland. Not sure where I could have gone wrong. I do cook a lot of curries.
