Its rele not that hard to be honest aslong as u have basic fingerstyle technique, and its alot easier if u use ur thumb for the bass notes. There is a perfect tab in an old copy of guitar techniques if u can find that, somewhere, and for the record, its not that its out of tune rele, its just that it sounds like a cheap guitar which will never be perfectly in tune when moving up and down the fretboard.

I disagree with others about the tuning of the guitar... I think the problem is that the guitar is cheap...

And about tuning, we could say that one of the hardest instrument to tune is the piano... And even the best piano tuner will leave a note so slightly out of tune for the best pianist as it is not wanted to accomplish the perfect song played perfectly on the perfect piano... Achieving perfection would bring death to everything else. You are not playing like a pro but you are very talented!

I agree with others: please tune your guitar. It's a wasted effort to start out with your guitar out of tune. If you need a guitar tech to tune it, that's okay, after all many professional performers have a guitar tech with perfect ear who does it for them. Your talent is in playing, leave the tuning to a pro!
