  • Very fair comment and of course location comes into the equation when it comes to buying or selling real estate. The message of this video was to alert sellers in particular of how important online marketing is in today's real estate industry. The old adage of "location, location, location" will always apply!

  • what about location dude? online marketing the one of only 2 things??? I'm a huge component of online marketing, but not to think price and location are the only two things I believe is inaccurate. In order to prosper at all in real estate sales as an agent, yes you now MUST be doing all the online activities you mentioned, but at the end of the day. A great price in a great location will sell.. probably by a guy much like yourself, who's up on all the listings.
