Thank you for posting this on the book, The Back of the Napkin. I am in the process of reading the book. I think you are right on in describing this as a serious business book. There is no fluff here.
Though I am only about a quarter of the way through the book, I am already experiencing change. It has helped me to discover new ways to look at situations to see what is important and to proceed from there. My primary interest is coaching entrepreneurship. This gives new approaches.
