My birthday is May 17th, 1990 so learning that Jim Henson died the day before I was born makes me feel really sad. =( I will always love The Muppets they have given me nuch joy in my life. Thank you Jim for bringing joy and laughter into the hearts of billions we'll always appreciate that. =)
Jim Henson was a great man. His attempt to successfully make a popular edutainment show succeeded beyond ANYBODY's expectations. This man's legacy shows the world that it isn't what you take to your grave, it's what you leave behind when you go.

Pleasure to not only the kids, I'm well past 21...31...41.... 51...61 & I loved 'em. Guess I'm not the only one. Sleep well Jim, you have left a massive legacy & will long be remembered.... for all good reasons, a fine epitaph ....

I guess I'm really sensitive, cuz the line: Jim Henson 's dead and gone....still hurts my heart inside.
It's true, though that we believe in him, we believe in ourselves, and we believe in a better (albeit more whimsical) world.
