¿De verdad te has leido la constitución?, claro que dice que España es una monarquía pero las leyes establecen que el gobierno puede cambiar, y existen métodos para hacerlo. Por supuesto si ese caso estuviera próximo el rey abdicaría antes, para no irse de mala manera.

soy jurista...aunke la constitucion no es mi fuerte... no ay ninguna clausula en la constitución para cambiar de regimen, tampoco ningunas otras "leyes" ( ya admites implicitamente que no figuran los mecanismos en la propia constitución, como decias antes, aunke la nueva afirmación tmb erra...). Lo unico ke se puede acer es una reforma constitucional MUY bestia, siendo ademas por el procedimiento agravado (por la entidad del asunto), lo kual ace en la practica imposible el cambio de regimen.

Bueno señor "jurista" como tu indicas muy bien la constitución sí puede ser cambiada, por lo que se confirma mi argumento de que es posible cambiar el sistema de gobierno (en la inmensa mayoría de los países es posible) eso es debido a que existe una flexibilidad en la legislatura, pensada para poder ser cambiada y adaptada. La forma de gobierno no es una excepción y por supuesto no sería necesaria una reforma tan "bestia" en la constitución la parte de la realeza no es muy extensa.
