I saw this tour in New Orleans at The Warehouse (long torn down). Everybody sat on the floor. My wife and I were about 30 feet from the stage. The people in front of us wept. I'll never forget it.

I have been to so many concerts, I lost track of the count, so I have a high appreciation of live versions. Still, a lot of live recordings are mediocre. Dylan has always been amazing at performing live versions of his songs that any Dylan fan HAS to have. Each performance is different, and each shows a different side of him. My B-Day was January 6th. I turned 55. On my 40th D-Day, i was @ my now EXE husbands motorcycle club. Slow night, & there was a member that played guitar. I think Bob Dylan's the only example of someone who wasn't in it for the money or wasn't a sellout. I mean on his first electric world tour he got booed when he played the electric set still he carried his heavy equipment across the world and it made him lose more money than he was making. Whereas it'd have been much easier to take a guitar and harmonica. That's respect man!

Maybe you should listen to the Arctic Monkeys, Freelance Whales, City and Colour, Two Door Cinema Club, Foster the People, Christofer Drew's E.P. 'The Modern Racket', Mumford and Sons, Vampire Weekend, etc.

@rickiwood yea i thought that was sun tan for a while to but there are photo's of him in the same outfit but wearing like a clown/mime kind of facial paint/grime, i guesse the sweat dripping caused it to wash of most of it.
