  • That little boy is going to be strong if he keeps that up. He'll make a good wrestler too...

  • cute and beautiful dog :P

  • poor dog being mauled by a kid!!! 2 year olds are so aggressive... you should have trained that child better... lol jkjk... cute video

  • Aw so cute! my Cane bitch is the "waker-upper" in the household- she literally gets all the children out of bed including the more difficult 20yr old. She goes from sweet baby kisses and nudges with the little ones to grabbing the college kid by the ponytail and nibbling on toes- whatever she has to do to get them up. Then at night we "make the rounds" and she gives everyone a kiss goodnight when they're tucked in. Corsi LOVE their family and are great dogs for responsible owners.

  • Oh and the poor kid died after his throat was torn out like he was a rag doll

  • @MrColdworld91 you forget to mention the owner of the dog was training the dog to attack. Hanging rope from a tree and having him swing to strengthen his jaw, among other things. So, its the owners fault personally.

  • This breed just mauled a 2 yr old in Brooklyn this week.

  • @MrColdworld91 The dog was forensically tested to be a mix of pitbull, Sharpei, and Cane Corso. The dog was also 'rescued' from a dog fighting ring and was adopted out with specific instructions not to be left alone around little kids. Its all the owner, not the breed. I'm a big guy, according to most I'm quite mean looking, but simply because I have more of the ability to hurt someone, doesn't mean I instinctively do. Any creature with teeth can bite.

  • Oh and I should add that I would trust my Cane Corso to protect my kids over a babysitter any day. The Corso is an exquisite breed, second to none.

  • hes bigger than the kid lol

  • Dogs attack from the master not cause of breed. Any dog raised right will be right. Some are just harder to train than others.

  • you can tell that's one vicious breed.

  • I'm getting a Cane this fall, and this video is nice to show my girlfriend about the cane and kids :)

  • BLAME THE DEED NOT THE BREED

  • dirtnrubr you are a idiot i am so fucking sick and tired of little stereo types like you i have a 175 pound cane corso i am 12 years old he is so kind to me when he sees me he jumps on me for a hug MASTIFFS ARE THE MOST LOYAL BREED OF DOG by the way they are gaurd dogs they are emant to love family and protect get your facts right moron

  • You shouldn't let your kid lay down in front of the dog. It doesn't matter what breed is it - in your "pack" hierarchy, dog should be last - alpha dogs never lay down in front of the other dog. Maybe this is game for you, or your kid, but this could be problem, especially with dominant males and females. On the other side, kids often practice behavior that dog can misunderstand. Sorry for my bad English. Everything best.

  • @thenanook05 Alpha dogs CAN actually lay down in front of their pack. When hierachy is well established, and enforced in the general order of things - an alpha can still lay with and play with members of their dog pack. That, is definitely a fact, witnessed both in wild dogs and in domesticated ones. people with no education automatically assume that just laying down will adjust pack order, that is not true at all. pack heirachy and order is established and enforced in many more ways .

  • great dog!!!

  • Now that is good temperament.

  • LMAO at 0:11

  • Beautiful dog...thinking about adding one to the family myself

  • best buddies lol

  • now that is 1 brill dog well done on ur gentle giant :D

  • what a joy to watch. This is what an even-tempered, well-brought up dog is all about: love and devotion, whatever the breed. People should just put their ignorance and prejudice aside and think that dogs should be judge on their deeds and not their breed or how big they are. Besides, most issues regarding dogs are the responsibility of stupid or unprincipled humans.

  • .. Cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ..

  • I love that this cute little clip showcases just how sweet and gentle this breed can be. I have a Corso. I've had her for almost six years and she's NEVER so much as even growled at me or a stranger but, for some reason, people seem to think that shes some kind of a monster or something just because of what she is. I know breeding has some very slight influence on a dog, but its all about environment. Love a dog like it's family and it'll never turn its teeth on you :)

  • That poor, defensless dog being attacked by that child! :)

  • haha and i love the clip ,,,,am getting one soon and my son is 3 1/2 and baby is 2 and there going to have fun like that too i hope!

  • GREAT DOGS

  • cutest thing ever

  • Cool video !!!!

  • excellent, thumbs up, everyone i've showed this video to was amazed, this is exactly the kind of thing the internet should be full of, the true nature of these dogs, no bs propaganda. great video, keep em up... and yeah cane corsos rock

  • have rott and he is the same way ,with my son is all up to us how we deal with pets any way nice vid

  • my baby and corso are the exact same way too, I have some vids posted. our corso would protect him with his life. they are an absolutely wonderful breed

  • Haha He COuld EAT HIM xD but no its a NICE DOG! Make sure u dont make him aggressive. cause some retards do and then U gotta be next to the dog 24/7 and have a sharp eye and lock him up all the f time..... And u cant even have Guests over n Stuff :P just keep em friendly ^^

  • mines the same way too

  • My Corso is three and is EXACTLY the same. Great protector and friend.

  • Great video typical corso temprement

Dont be put of by idiots posting comments about the danger its important to have them interace while supervised it makes its SAFER in the long run

Great dog , Great kid , Great video !

  • alot of cane corso act this way they aint nothing but a big size puppy even when there grown

  • Errr.. if you don't know anything about the breed, you shouldn't say anything..

  • HUH?!

  • Hey there i used to have a cane corso i was 11 when i got here very sadly she passed away last year i dont know how to explain but she was my best friend and i still miss here everyday if i see one on the streets i can still cry becaus these dogs can steel your heart and they have so much body language i feel honored that i had my own cane corso and if i should ever get a dog again it would be the same kind of dog they are the best loyal sweet easygoing

  • love this video. I have one posted of my Cane Corso w/my baby (I was SO nervous at first). He's great with her & she LOVES him. She's 7months old now (he's 2) and she gets more excited seeing him than she does seeing us :) I'm sure they'll play around like this soon too. Great, cute vid.

  • What an awesome thing, a kid and his dog. Beautiful!

  • My brothers cane corso is on here and i have a grandmother who is really bad off and he sits by her watches her and is just really good and smart. My child can't go knowwhere without him and he watches her every step he loves her so for the comment from dirt maybe a lab doesn't interest us as much as the rare breed corso does nice video

  • hahahah funny

  • We have a thirteen week old blue fawn who is an absolute doll. These dogs look mean, but they love their families and are EXTREMELY smart and easy to train. Please don't judge any breed based on their looks and media reports. The only danger you would have around my dog would be getting licked to death.

  • We have 2 Cane Corso's and this is typical behavior when they are well socialized and nurtured as family members. This breed gets a bad rap from the general public because of a few irresponsible owners and the media. Thank you for sharing its a beautiful video...a boy and his dog...very sweet.

  • @phishphrenz Excatly Media dosent dont do nothing when family dog retreivers etc bite but when Pitbull or Corso, Rottie etc bite all hell brakes up in the news and people start same cry, ban these breeds....

Yes some dogs has higher bite risk than others but some cases blame the owners not the dog

  • Замечательный пес!!! )))

  • Hi I'm a Cane Corso Breeder and your dog very much falls into the standards of the Corso. Ears can be cropped or left natural and tails are almost always docked. However the corso is an Italian mastiff. yours is a Beautiful dog awesome temperment.

  • Your Corso is just WONDERFUL. It's great to see him playing with your child. To say that it's a man who loves dogs, just like you. Bye from the "native land" of Cane Corso, Puglia - Italy. ;)

  • Yes, but my dog is not "something that could go crazy at any moment and kill". He is a member our family, he grew up with us and we know him.

Secondly - a crazy lab is exactly so dangerous as a crazy cane corso, You know?

Besides, we don't let our child play with dog alone.

  • @radekfvk you are so right your dog loves your son and you know it !!!!!

  • @radekfvk

Totaly agree...Cane Corso is not a kind of a dog which could attack somebody without any reason or purpose. I suggest it is one of the most inteligent kind of dog no matter how they look like

  • @radekfvk I have a 1 1/2 year old cane corso. Different markings, but this might as well be a video of him. We recently bred him with our Komondor, and he helped with the delivery. He cleaned her and the babies, and worried about her when she was breathing heavy. 70kg of suck. Sure, they make a brutal, lethal dog if they're trained to be that way. However, raised as a pet in a loving home, you end up with exactly what you have here. Truly a gentle giant.

  • If you talk like that you've never known the pleasure of living with a CANE CORSO... I wish you will know it,one day...

radekfvk,my best regards for the way you keep your "childs", both of them :)

  • @dirtnrubr I've had more labs bite me than any other breed of dog in the last 20 years.

  • @dirtnrubr

I agree with you, if I had a kid (I'm only 16 so no, i don't have a kid) I wouldn't let a dog like that get anywhere near it.

  • @gangsterfromdaghetto "A dog like that"? Just because it's muscular and has cropped ears doesn't mean its ferocious. God...

  • @superdupersonic No, because of it's breed.

  • @gangsterfromdaghetto Cane Corso's are known for their even, stable and calm temperaments. A dog that attacks for no reason is because of its owner.

  • @gangsterfromdaghetto Cane Corsi are known for discerning people's intentions, including children. There are a lot more unstable breeds than Corsi.. like Chihuahuas or something.

  • @gangsterfromdaghetto

lol you're from the ghetto.. you couldn't support a beautiful breed like this. This breed isn't for everyone but you can be sure they are amazing family guardians.

  • @dirtnrubr your comment shows you lack of knowledge

  • @dirtnrubr

According to Dog Obedience Training's statistics on dog bites:

Cane Corso: (Attacks that caused bodily harm:4) (Child Victims:1) (Adult Victims:2) (Deaths:1) (Maiming:3) Labrador: (Attacks that caused bodily harm:26) (Child Victims:18) (Adult Victims:9) (Deaths:2) (Maiming:20)

    Do your research. Still wondering...?

  • @dirtnrubr It looks like a bad boy, but don't you know that the average aggresive dog in the world is golden retrievers? - because ppls like you don't treat them as dogs. My friend have an AmStaff that plays with children, but another friend has a lab who really can't handle kids, so it's all down to training. and a dog should never be alone with a kid or an insecure person. That is really dangerous because dogs are animals.even cute labs.

  • @dirtnrubr such an ignorant comment, a labrador can attack a child just as easily as another breed of dog.

  • @dirtnrubr labs are number one , or two man biters u stupid idiot!

  • how much does the dog weigh?

  • I don't know how much exactly he does weigh now, but over 50kg I suppose.

  • BLue brindle?? Same as mine, gorgeous. How gentle is your dog really nice to see.

  • Indeed, blue brindle :) Thanks.

  • You can't beat a Cane Corso as the perfect kids' dog...Great Press for Cane Corso with your video!!! Thanks!

  • those are great dogs!!!
