YouTube will advise you if you have copyright infringements. Usually, they place ads next to your vid, but in some cases will mute the vid. Just remix the song and you're fine.

If they wanted to track people using megaupload, they'd need to send court orders to check the access logs rather than just evesdropping on public torrents where your IP address is displayed clear as day. They'd catch you either way, but torrents are just a faster method where they can pick a number from a hat

Just like when they pass new regulations, they always use children as their logic for passing a new law because parents will always over react to a possible threat to their kids. Piracy seems to be the new defacto reason to pass any new law concerning the internet.
