Many of us who love this song do so for a very deep reason. Mr. Eno has created a lot of great music in his time, but I think that this song may be his great legacy for it has touched so many lives in so many ways. Whether it allows us to greater understand peace, or comprehend our loss, it is a profound composition. Thanks for the great video, too. Of all the various "ascent" videos out there, this, I feel, most captures the essence of this song.

I find it quite amazin that in my 62nd year, I've just discovered Brian Eno. This track has an ethereal quality to it, that defies description. Simply beautiful. It brings tears when I listen and realise that, to me, it signifies the fact that I'm nearer to the exit door of life, than many.
