Just because you put a police report up does not mean it is based upon facts. Several errors can be filed in the report and does not mean it has happened as the officer or witness may have claimed.

It is interesting that if they were indeed guilty as you lay claim, why did the jury after viewing all the video footage declare them not guilty.

I think you raise excellent points to show the police had no justified reason to arrest them. They should be invited by Arabs back to the festival, given a booth to present their cases and arguments. This protects them from lawsuits or any style of infringements. How can someone be harmed by video? Current law states it is perfectly legal to videotape anyone or thing that is presented publicly. In fact this is part of the first amendment rights. So it is all within law. We have laws for these reasons.

If anything it was very ambiguous and left us guessing at what exactly was the *nature* of this "harassment" and hence fell short of "unveiling" anything. But you are right, Acts 17 should provide the video evidence of the encounter with Mr. Williams. In fact, when providing video evidence, Acts 17 has so far been vindicated in their testimony, so I eagerly await their video.

David already made a video reading the police report as to what exactly "Breach of Peace" means and it doesn't mention Roger Williams, it mentions other factors. Don't you remember the videos?

1) Roger Williams, volunteer calls security because Acts 17 did not respect his privacy, which is un-Christ like. For some reason he felt harassed, which is breach of peace.

2) When the officer wanted to conduct his criminal investigation (which he has the right to do so), Negeen started to cause a raucous to get attention, which is breach of peace.

3) When Nabeel Qureshi was arrested he said "See, I told you...told you this stuff happens" out loud to incite emotion, which is '' ''.

I already answered this. If the reason for their arrest under "Breach of Peace" was harassing roger williams, then they should of included that in their definition of Breach of Peace but they never did. Nageen wasn't arrested for Breaching the Peace, but for failure to comply to police. In regards to Nabeel saying "See I told you...told you this stuff happens" out loud, the video evidence says otherwise.

"She (Negeen) was issed ULC #296614 for Breach of Peace and Fail to Obey with a $1000 BOND attached"

I have skimmed through it and I HAVE it downloaded on my computer. I can guarantee you (based on the report) David and Nabeel have misled ALL of us.

Their arrest was SOLELY due to RogerWilliams complaining of harassment. Wood and Qureshi have deceptively led us to believe they were arrested for preaching/recording or becuase of no reason whatsoever.

The fact remains ofc Kapanowski TOLD them why they were arrested!!!

That's correct, Kapanowski did INFORM them about their arrest and they said that they didn't surround or harass him as was described to the Dearborn Police. They KNEW why they were arrested!

I have yet to see ONE video where they explicitly mention that they were arrested NOT for their conversations with the two groups of Muslims (which they have insinuated) but after an official complaint of harrasment by this guy Roger Williams.

Release the footage or do not, it really does not matter, they have not been honest about things from the start in their crusade the demonize Muslims.

@twofolddeamer I've looked at multiple videos and each one shows others approaching Acts17. Each one shows the Muslim perpetrators raising voices and volume. Each one shows the perpetrators showing they do not want to be in full light of cameras which can expose lies. And this when camera laws allow to videotape anything in public view even without explicit permission. Current laws are now adhering and leaning on Muslim Sharia principles, where you are guilty even if innocent.

@MayonR The issue is really about the way in which this 'saga' has been portrayed by acts17apologetics. Can't you see this?

1) They were not arressted for being Christian preachers, but after a fellow Christian filed an official complaint of harrassment against them.

2) The veracity of this complaint does not matter one iota. They have misdirected the audience by making out that they were arressted because of the Muslim presence in Dearborn and the encroachment of Sharia in America.

@twofolddeamer 1.They were not preaching, they were answering questions. Even if it was a Catholic it was not warranted. This person should have approached them and expressed his feelings being a fellow Christian. That is what our Bible mandates.2. Of course veracity matters. Truth matters. The action they did in the event is shown in number (1.) If this is all they did was answer questions, they were arrested for nothing else. The complaint was a direct result of the answers to the inquiries.

All I got from this video is that they were arrested for filming and "harassing" Roger Williams. The problems I see with this is that I didn't know that you can get arrested for videotaping on public grounds. Is there such a law? Secondly, NOWHERE in the ENTIRE police statement that you've shown does it ever explain what is the NATURE of the "harassment." It NEVER explained HOW Mr. Williams was harassed. I would expect the police report to give details ESPECIALLY when arresting someone!
