I listen to everything, from all across the board. I'm really looking for more stuff like this right now it's getting hard to find. Also while if you listen to the old rock n' roll Elvis Animals Chuck Berry etc. you'll see that the influence on modern punk and rock is undeniable although evolved.Punk came from sped up rock riffs and over the years it was augmented, and/or distorted bringing us here.

I would consider them to be one of the last true rock and roll bands though.

There haven't been too many bands I have seen or heard in the last few years that can match the pure energy of the Devils.

Well, I haven't seen them live man. But I wouldn't spout words like "rock and roll purity" IF you really want to talk about pure rock and roll listen to Elvis Presley or The Beatles. Or maybe some black musicans that came before them.
