  • Im in this video!! Im in a black t-shirt and green combats. Its race 2 of the day. I came 4th. Cut my knee open down to the ligaments and spent 4 days in Gloucester Royal Hospital having it cleaned out under general anesthetic. Happy days!!

    At 10 seconds you see me land on my knees, im guessing this is when it happened.

    See you there next year!
