@sexanddiamonds. Growing the glutes require heaving squats for most people. And not all exercises result in muscle gain. And not all people have the genetics to grow muscle easily. Plus, Jackie's workouts tend to gear towards muscle toning and fat loss. Not all exercisers have built booties. I guess you'd know that if you were an educated exerciser

What I don't understand is all this circuit training stuff. If you are talking about losing weight and burning fat, then you really cannot beat circuits and supersets. But this article was about building muscle and the best way to do that is by lifting heavy like she said. But there is only so much you can lift when you are out of breath in a circuit. Best bet is to rest 60 - 90sec after each set.
too many press makes your breasts smaller so ladies if u don't want to reduce your breast tissue try other exercises for arms or chest muscle increase
