lol. I'm lvl 77 currently and I'm not looking to get like crap load of this stuff, but maybe a few stacks. i tried other areas in ice crown but hardly get anything. is there any non-elite areas that area good for this, cause i could do that easily, but i don't think i could handle these 80 elites

Get the Blood and Thunder talent if you're going to try to AoE like a boss. Refreshing Thunderclap as often as you do, you'll always have Rend ticking away. Also, go Arms and Bladestorm.
