BUYERS BEWARE: I ordered a dress for my bridesmaid for my wedding 1 month ago, and I just received a notice that the dress in on backorder TODAY. In short, my dress will not arrive on time and, I've been given the run-around every time DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LIGHTINTHEBOX!! If you care about your wedding day, don't leave it up to chance with this company. These people do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. Worst customer service ever!

@Vi0c0iV Yes there are customer complaints calling us a "scam" "fake" etc. around the internet but whenever we look into those cases, the customers simply failed to properly notify customer service of their problem, or are making their allegations without ever actually ordering from us. I assure you we are a legitimate online retailer with thousands of satisfied customers worldwide and we have a dedicated customer service team on hand to talk customers through any issues that arise.

@lightinthebox2008 My sister bought a wedding dress and it never arrived. Keep in mind this was 2 months before her wedding! And she never got a refund either, they are unwilling to communicate anymore. Just Google it, they cant be trusted.

@FuyuCake Did she open a ticket with customer service through our website and make us aware of this? I'm sorry but there must be more to it Fuyu. We have a comprehensive return policy - if customs seized the shipment or it was lost in shipping we always issue a full refund. Please give me your sister's order number I'll look into this right away.
